Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for IP security products, including troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.

Handle helpdesk support requests, offering timely and productive solutions to customer queries.

Work extensively with IP networking, requiring a solid understanding of network configuration, diagnosis, and management.

Assist with the support and maintenance of a broad range of products offered by RhinoCo Technology. Familiarity with our product range (as listed on our website) is essential.

Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in technical support, particularly with IP security products.

Robust knowledge of IP networking, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Robust communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.

Pay: $60,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year
