Your prospect

You will be a part of a fun, upbeat department willing to go the extra mile for each other and our customers. You will be available to work on a rotating roster within our call center which operates from 7am
- 7pm.

Working within a quick paced National Customer Service Centre

Resolving queries around financial products & services.

Liaise with other departments to find solutions for customer queries

You will bring to this role

Financial Services experience in customer service with the skills to manage multiple relationships.

Ability to persuade others with a focus on outstanding customer experience in an inbound contact centre environment.

Ability to work in a rapid paced environment, with strong attention to detail & have a can do attitude.

Financial acumen, would be advantageous with the ability understand the customer needs.
