Dealership Receptionist, Mercedes-benz Waverley (Mulgrave)

Full-time Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6 pm, competitive salary PLUS commissions

To continue our success, we have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time frontline dealership receptionist.

You will work with an exciting and innovative luxury brand within a prestigious and professional dealership, enjoying the opportunity to be part of a friendly, customer-focused team.

**First impressions matter!** We are seeking a professional Receptionist with strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact, both over the phone and in person.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome all visitors
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Maintain the customer database
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and couriers, ensuring timely and clear communication
- Order and maintain stationery and other supplies as needed
- Keep the reception area, lounge, and other spaces well-presented
- Distribute daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide general support to the administration and management teams
- Perform other ad-hoc duties to help us maintain our highest standards
- Ideally, you will have dealership experience in a similar role, seeking an opportunity to work with the best in a prestigious dealership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- MS Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
- Initiative, enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude impressing upon every customer interaction
- Neat, professional presentation
