The Opportunity In this role, this position will be responsible for the management of all elements of Pest, Waste & Hygiene. Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional customer service. **Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborate with the commercial team to establish a contractual framework that improves financial and operational outcomes.
- Review and approve purchase orders and invoices, ensuring compliance with contracted scope, costs, and active site list.
- Actively identify opportunities for continual improvement within Pest, Waste & Hygiene services.
- Own the relationship between our pest, waste & hygiene vendors, City and our partner.
- Optimize service scope to reduce unnecessary expenditure and enhance sustainability.
- Develop SLAs and KPIs that effectively measure the desired operational outcomes.
- Ensure that vendors deliver existing scope across pest, waste & hygiene in compliance with regulatory and business expectations.

**To be considered for this role**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, managing Pest, Waste & Hygiene contracts and service delivery across a high volume national portfolio.
- Proven track record in exceptional customer service and have excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and administrative skills
- Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
- Currently have or be willing to obtain 3rd doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
