**Your opportunity**

This is a varied and quick-paced role that supports multiple operational functions across the business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new stakeholders
- including external Business Managers and other dealership staff.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll act as a central point of coordination, ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time. Your ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and manage time-sensitive requests will be critical to your success.

**You will bring**
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy along with compliance to audit and regulated processes (where applicable)
- Highly developed time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong computer software skills, including MS Office products (Excel, Word), as well as exposure to team collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in a similar business support or administrative role
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or Business-related disciplines
