**The Opportunity**
- Our IT team is currently looking for an experienced Technical Lead to perform design and change reviews along with developing estimates for change requests / projects.

This is a full time, permanent contract based in Mulgrave, Melbourne.

Additionally, the role is responsible for:

- Provide technical guidance to Feature Team members
- Liaise with software vendors to ensure high quality deliverables
- Provide technical input for project and team resource planning, task allocation and prioritisation of changes
- Make architectural decisions that are aligned with BMW Group IT standards
- Lead production support activities in-line with BMW ITSM methodology and manage SLAs & KPIs
- Provide Agile Masters with regular updates on progress against planned sprint

**What you will bring to this role**
- Minimum 3 years industry experience preferable
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, JIRA, Confluence tools.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work effectively within a team as a peer and team lead
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of AWS Cloud concepts and working knowledge
