Responsibilities Issue and manage purchase orders in alignment with approved specifications, drawings, and change controls. Ensure timely delivery of long‑lead and critical items to support engineering builds, validation activities, and production schedules. Support Coordination of RFQs, supplier technical reviews, and cost analyses for complex, engineered parts and tooling. Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to source newly designed tooling, fixtures, and custom components from prototype through production release. Provide support to identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers in compliance with medical device quality system requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA QSR).

Work Experience: 3+ Years relevant experience in procurement, sourcing for production in Manufacturing industry. Must have prior experience in purchasing technical parts & components including equipment & covering commodities including CNC machined parts with tight tolerances, off the shelf parts and tools, optical components
- lenses, prisms, mirrors), electrical and electronics including PCBAs (printed circuit board assemblies) and plastic injection molding. Strong knowledge of Excel, and MS is essential Possess positive interpersonal skills, with team player spirit, very hands on (including placing orders) Ability to work independently, organized, and valuable time management with tight timescales Analytical, and ability to mitigate risk Good communication and negotiation skills and learning agility
