We are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator who will join our agile marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering key marketing projects that support customer experience, brand consistency and business outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing projects across multiple business areas, ensuring work is completed on time and on brief
- Manage project timelines, trackers, documentation and follow-up actions to keep delivery on track
- Draft internal and external communications, content and agency briefs to support project execution
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external agencies to align expectations and maintain momentum
- Review copy and marketing assets for clarity, consistency and alignment to brand standards
- Support initiatives such as research projects, customer advocacy content, awards submissions and showroom marketing activity
- Assist with reporting, data accuracy and process improvements across the marketing function We are ideally seeking candidates with:
- Previous experience in a marketing coordinator or similar marketing support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and urgencies
- The ability to interpret a brief, break down tasks and coordinate delivery
- An eye for detail and brand presentation across content, communications and customer-facing materials
- Exposure to project management tools, CRM platforms and CMS environments
