- Supporting small and medium bussineses with their freight needs.
- Putting to good use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favourable experience for our customers.
- Utilising your expert problem solving skills to resolve freight queries efficiently and effectively.
- Helping our customers to understand 'general freight' and how freight moves through the transport network.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and pass on feedback to the team.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for customer service experts who love helping others by finding solutions and sharing information! This role is perfect for you if:
- You have previously worked in a Contact Centre. A minimum of 6-months experience is preferred.
- You are fun to be around and enjoy working in a team.
- You are skilled at communicating professionally whether it be over the phone or via email.
- You are always looking for ways to improve your performance and the way you work.
- You understand the importance of a 'customer first' mindset.
- You have strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. To be considered for this role, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or, permanent residency status. Please do not apply if your visa status is temporary. WHAT WE OFFER
