About the Role: Working as part of the Corporate Services Team, the Administration Officer is the first point of contact for our business, and Operates in a customer-facing capacity, holding responsibility for front-of-house tasks. The role is part-time (0.6FTE) and is physically located onsite in Mulgrave. Duties & Tasks:
- Coordinates travel and associated requirements across the organisation.
- Collating and capturing staff timesheets in a timely and accurate fashion for payroll purposes.
- Maintains stock levels of consumables, stationery and other office supplies.
- Assists the business with administrative tasks and office support duties.
- Manages inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries and directs them appropriately.
- Assists all visitors at the Mulgrave office, greeting them, ensuring appropriate sign-in to site, and facilitating their visit as required.
- Handles all inbound and outbound mail and couriers, distributing inbound items and booking/coordinating dispatch of outbound items.
- Assists with corporate document management, data access, and SharePoint uploads in line with ISO 9001 and NATA standards

About You: The following are the skills, experience and attributes that will ensure success in this role:
- Qualification in administration or similar discipline or proven working experience.
- Proficiency working within a MS Windows and Office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using digital marketing tools and/or in other areas of marketing and communications.
- Experience managing and coordinating third party suppliers in support of the organisation (e.g. travel, stationery, courier, etc)
- Working knowledge of OHS/WHS in an office environment
- Familiar with NATA and ISO 9001 documentation control standards
- Experience in customer service, or customer facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organisational levels.
- Excellent customer service and solutions focused approach.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and controls.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
