Administration Officer (Murray Bridge)

Emerald Group of Companies is a rural based group of businesses with interests in agricultural commodity trading, bulk freight services, cattle and commercial properties. We are seeking a mature individual to fill the following position. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER Based in Murray Bridge, South Australia, this permanent part-time position (25-30 hours per week, with the potential of becoming full time in the future) is primarily responsible for undertaking the administrative functions of our commodity trading and bulk freight divisions. Key responsibilities include
- Data entry;
- Stock control;
- Matching supplier invoices; and
- General administration duties. This role is ideally suited to a mature, common sense, well organised, open minded individual looking for a challenging role in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, a good understanding of MS Word and Excel, as well as a positive outlook coupled with well developed communication skills and a positive sense of humour. Knowledge of the grain industry / bulk freight sectors would be advantageous, but not a necessity.
