Holiday Park Management Couple/team Mannum

At BIG4 Mannum Holiday Park we are seeking an enthusiastic management couple to join our team as Park Managers, helping us deliver exceptional guest experiences while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the park. This is a live-in position with accommodation included, making it the ideal role for couples ready to immerse themselves in the lifestyle of running a busy holiday park.

Following the completion of significant large-scale developments and upgrades across the park, this is an exciting time to step into BIG4 Mannum and be part of its next phase of growth and success.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

As Park Managers, you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation of BIG4 Mannum Holiday Park. This hands-on role includes:

Managing daily park operations across accommodation, reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.

Delivering a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests.

Recruiting, leading, and supporting a small, dedicated team.

Maintaining a high standard of safety, compliance, and presentation throughout the park.

Overseeing budgets, revenue, and cost controls.

Managing assets, grounds, and park facilities.

Building strong relationships with local stakeholders, tourism bodies, and the BIG4 network.

Being available for on-call responsibilities as part of the roster.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in park, resort, or hospitality management.

Robust computer and administration skills (experience with NewBook or similar reservation systems highly regarded).

Practical skills in grounds, facilities, and general maintenance.

A robust focus on guest satisfaction and problem-solving.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and commitment to safety standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail

Current Driver’s Licence, Police Clearance, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
