Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable processing
- Vehicle sales administration and preparation
- Daily banking and reconciliations
- Data entry and record management
- Reception duties and customer service including telephone main switch
- General administrative support to the team About You:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Confident with numbers and basic accounting tasks
- Professional phone manner and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
