**About the role**

The role is classified at SCHADS Level 8 with generous salary packaging and based in metro Adelaide and Murray Bridge with integrated with Working from Home arrangements

Skylight Mental Health currently delivers services across a range of sites in South Australia in line with strategic business goals through block funding, NDIS revenue streams, sponsorship and fee for service income.

**About you**

The successful applicant will have:

- An appropriate tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Business or a related discipline
- Demonstrated business acumen in a community services environment
- Strong management capability to monitor and manage performance against targets
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of quality management processes and systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and prioritise accordingly
- Demonstrated experience in implementing current programs/initiatives
- Experience in developing and diversifying the business for strategic and financial growth
- Experience in leading teams within a respectful psychosocial recovery framework
