In a world of cookie cutter experiences, here at EVT we believe in changing the game. It’s why we all call ourselves Daymakers

EVT has an endless range of roles and careers paths to explore across over 140 entertainment experiences like Event Cinemas and Moonlight Cinemas, 150 award winning restaurants and bars, and 80+ hotels, including QT, Rydges, Atura, LyLo, Independent Collection and Australia’s most loved year round alpine resort, Thredbo. Our ventures include a ~$2.3B property portfolio and hotel management, just to name a few. Once you’re in, there’s no limits on where your career could take you.

**Abou the Opportunity**: This is not a traditional Food & Beverage Manager role
- it’s a career-defining opportunity to lead service across one of the most dynamic hospitality operations in the portfolio. You’ll take the lead across a high-profile, multi-outlet venue set against an internationally renowned motorsport track. From quick-paced race day service and large-scale corporate hospitality to refined dining and elevated all-day experiences, this role offers variety at scale.

With a café, restaurant, bar and full conference and events operation -no two weeks will look the same.

Working closely with the Executive Chef, you’ll drive a seamless guest experience across all touchpoints, leading from the floor during peak periods while balancing strategic and administrative responsibilities. This is a highly visible leadership role, with a 2/3 split between floor presence and office-based planning. If you thrive in high-energy environments, love leading teams from the front, and want the autonomy to shape service standards, culture, and performance
- this is your opportunity to make a mark.

- Oversee rostering, labour control, and daily operational planning (approx. 2 days admin/office focus)
- Drive revenue growth through increased spend per guest, capture rates, and strategic activations
- Monitor and analyse F&B; financial performance, including P&L;, labour costs, and departmental profitability
- Ensure all outlets deliver consistent service standards, presentation, and guest experience
- Lead team engagement, training, coaching and performance management initiatives
- Review and respond to guest feedback, implementing continuous service improvements
- Ensure compliance with WHS, RSA, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Contribute as a key member of the venue’s leadership team
