About the role

The role is classified at SCHADS Level 8 with generous salary packaging and based in metro Adelaide and Murray Bridge with integrated with Working from Home arrangements

Skylight Mental Health currently delivers services across a range of sites in South Australia in line with strategic business goals through block funding, NDIS revenue streams, sponsorship and fee for service income.

About you

The successful applicant will have:

An appropriate tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Business or a related discipline

Demonstrated business acumen in a community services setting

Solid management capability to monitor and manage performance against targets

Demonstrated experience in the implementation of quality management processes and systems

Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and prioritise accordingly

Demonstrated experience in implementing current programs/initiatives

Experience in developing and diversifying the business for strategic and financial growth

Experience in leading teams within a respectful psychosocial recovery framework
