Butcher (Murwillumbah)

Immediate start for an experienced Butcher. Experienced butchers only to apply, with great customer service and impeccable hygiene. The knowledge and ability to work on all cuts of, lamb, pork, beef, chicken. Ability to bone beef and pork highly advantageous.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fulltime butchers for an immediate start, you must have your own transport and driver's license as there is no public transport close by.
- Cutting, mincing and preparing all meat products for sale.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
- Adhering to NSW food safety and sanitation controls.

Skills and experience
- Certificate 3 in Meat Processing or relevant
- Must have at least 3 years of butchery experience
- Food safety
