Food Trailer Design & Customer Success Coordinator About Us Food Trailer King is one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of food trailers, supplying customers nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused team member to join our operation and become a key link between our customers, design team and production team. This role is critical to ensuring every trailer is designed correctly before entering production, reducing errors, improving customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth build process. The Role Once a customer places a deposit, you will become their primary point of contact throughout the design and planning stage. You will work closely with customers to finalise layouts, equipment locations, workflow requirements and operational needs before the trailer enters production. You will also liaise with our production team to ensure plans are explicit, practical and build-ready. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct customer design consultations.
* Create and review food trailer floor plans and layouts.
* Ensure customer requirements are accurately documented.
* Identify potential design conflicts before production begins.
* Coordinate design changes and approvals.
* Liaise with production staff regarding layouts and specifications.
* Maintain detailed records and project documentation.
* Ensure customers clearly understand the final design prior to production.
* Assist in improving design processes and reducing production errors.
* Work closely with management to improve customer experience. What We’re Looking For We are not necessarily looking for a draftsman. We are looking for a problem solver who can communicate well with customers and understand how a project moves from concept to completion. Ideal backgrounds may include:
