Administration Supervisor, Clerk Grade 3/4, Community Corrections Hunter/Central Coast Districts – Corrective Services NSW Location: Hunter/Central Coast Districts Community Corrections. Employment type: Talent Pool Creation – a talent pool will be created for future ongoing and temporary roles within Hunter and Central Coast districts and is valid for a period of up to 18 months. Priority will be given to filling roles at Taree, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Wyong, Gosford, Maitland, Cessnock. Salary: $84,659 – $92,701 per annum plus super and leave loading (Clerk Grade 3/4). Responsibilities The Administration Supervisor coordinates the administration team to provide quality customer, administrative and support services to a broad range of stakeholders including staff in the office/hub, other agencies, members of the public and offenders. The role ensures effective administration services are delivered to facilitate the efficient operation of the Community Corrections office and is responsible for coaching, training and leading a team of up to five administration team members. Key tasks include:
- Coordinating daily administrative operations and ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve high performance.
- Collaborating with other agencies and stakeholders to deliver services.
- Maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
- Demonstrating resilience, initiative, high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Qualifications Applicants should have previous administration experience and a high level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and competency in applications such as record management systems.
