Service Advisor (Scone)

We currently have an opportunity for an enthused & motivated Service Advisor to assist in growing our company. We are seeking a hard-working individual with determination who is looking for a long-term career. Someone to support our workshop team to provide great service, support, and backup on leading brands. This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, has robust attention to details, can effectively multi-task, and takes ownership of both customer satisfaction and overall performance. Key Responsibilities will include:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Service department, ensuring a seamless and frictionless customer experience;
- Manage service bookings, workflow, quoting and job costing, with a clear focus on maximising efficiency and labour recovery;
- Understand customer expectations and consistent delivery on commitments, keeping customers informed throughout the process;
- Assist with warranty processing in line with manufacturer requirements and compliance standards. About You:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Receptionist within a dealership or workshop environment (highly regarded);
- Strong team player who can also operate autonomously;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- A customer first mindset with a proactive approach;
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail;
