- connecting Service, Sales, and our retail and trade customers to ensure the right parts are delivered, on time and without fuss. This is a hands‑on role in a high‑performing team, where organisation, accuracy, and communication matter. You’ll be supported by experienced leaders, proven systems, and a business that’s invested in your success. What you’ll be doing
- Interpreting and supplying parts to workshop, retail, and trade customers
- Managing enquiries, quotes, and orders efficiently and accurately
- Working closely with Service and Sales to keep jobs moving
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Supporting stock control, receipting, and inventory organisation
- Contributing to team performance and hitting key targets
- Following processes to ensure accuracy and compliance About You You’re someone who takes pride in doing things properly. You’re organised, reliable, and enjoy working with people in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience as a Parts Interpreter (ideal, but not essential)
- An interest in vehicles or the automotive industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organised under pressure
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No automotive experience? No problem
