Sales Representative – Muswellbrook, NSW Join a global leader in heavy industry solutions RIMEX is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of off-road wheel systems for mining, construction and industrial applications. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Muswellbrook team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and working closely with customers to provide practical solutions. About the Role Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships across the region while identifying new opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with operations and service teams to ensure a high level of service and support is consistently delivered, while maintaining a regular schedule of customer visits across mining, industrial and related sectors within the region. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the region
- Conduct regular customer visits and site meetings
- Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
- Manage customer enquiries and provide technical sales support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity
- Contribute to achieving regional sales and business growth objectives About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in sales, account management or business development
- Exposure to mining, heavy industry, construction, earthmoving, industrial equipment, tyres, engineering products or related sectors highly regarded
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on customer service and results
- Comfortable working independently and managing a regional customer base
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the region What We Offer
