This position is based at our Toyota and Isuzu Ute dealership in Muswellbrook; you’ll play a key role in the smooth and profitable operation of the Service Department. This role suits someone who enjoys being hands‑on, has strong attention to detail, can effectively multi‑task, and takes ownership of both customer satisfaction and overall performance. Key Responsibilities
- Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Service department, ensuring a seamless and frictionless customer experience
- Manage service bookings, workflow, quoting and job costing, with a clear focus on maximising efficiency and labour recovery
- Understand customer expectations and consistently deliver on commitments, keeping customers informed throughout the process
- Assist with warranty processing in line with manufacturer requirements and compliance standards About You
- Experience as a Service Advisor or Service Receptionist within a dealership or workshop environment (highly regarded)
- A solid team player who can also operate autonomously
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A customer first mindset with a proactive approach
