Responsibilities You will: Create a high-performance culture in your restaurant, including financial profitability, people management, and guest satisfaction. Lead from the front, champion change, and motivate your team to achieve the restaurant's success. Support our Work Secure, Home Secure strategy by ensuring a safe working environment for your team and the restaurant. Build the Hungry Jack's brand through effective business planning. Work full-time with flexibility for days, nights and weekends as required. Qualifications Retail or hospitality experience. Guest Obsessed mindset. Passion for training, coaching and mentoring team members to success. Full time availability and flexibility to work a mix of days, nights and weekends to support our restaurant operations.
