Social Club Manager (Scone)

Social Club Manager This is a permanent full time position where you will be responsible for leading a passionate and dedicated team of staff to deliver HammondCare’s model of care with its Social Club service at Elderwise Social Club in Scone, NSW. Responsibilities
- Aid in recruiting and leading staff, managing budgets, ensuring quality and overseeing all aspects of care provision at the Social Club
- Provide strong and effective leadership, direction and oversight of the operation of the Social Club
- Operate the social club in accordance with the CHSP Operational Manual
- Operate the club in line with the Aged Care Act and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Achieve targeted outputs for the social club
- Provide staff and volunteers with support and advice on daily operational care issues Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Aged Care or other relevant qualification
- Experience in Community Aged Care management
- Experience running a CHSP Social Club is ideal
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem‑solve with limited supervision
- Strong organisational abilities, including effective time management and ability to prioritise in a busy work environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing a team of skilled professionals
- A current driver’s licence and safe driving record
- Willingness to travel between HammondCare sites and services
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
