About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Full‑time Chef to join our agile team and work closely with our Chef Manager to deliver fresh, high‑quality meals at our client’s vibrant Boarding School facility in Potts Point, NSW. Start Date: Late January 2026.

Shift Schedule Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1‑hour break) Sunday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1‑hour break) Monday and Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll Need

A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook tasty, homestyle meals for students at the boarding school. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Ensure quality assurance and complete HACCP documentation. Wash dishes in the main kitchen as required. Plate meals for service. Assist the Catering Assistant in kitchen operations.

Key Attributes Reliable and punctual. Robust commitment to food quality. Enjoys working with young adolescents. Demonstrates respect for students and staff members. Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
