Woodside, Adelaide Hills | Angaston, Barossa Valley | Open Daily 9:00am to 4:30pm Process Worker – Woodside, Adelaide Hills We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Process Worker to join our Production & Operations team at Melba’s Chocolates in Woodside, Adelaide Hills. This is a hands‑on role supporting the manufacture and packing of our chocolates and confectionery, with a strong focus on maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic workplace. Can you? Demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow procedures carefully, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Do you have? A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in food production or manufacturing will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities
- Production and packing of chocolates and confectionery
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment, machinery, and production areas
- Adhering to food safety and workplace health & safety requirements
- Assisting with stock handling and general production support tasks
- Supporting visitor‑facing operations by maintaining a clean and organised production environment
- Assisting with seasonal demands and operational requirements as needed This is a diverse and active role requiring reliability, adaptability, initiative, and a strong commitment to safety, hygiene, and quality. This position will commence as a casual role during an initial probationary period, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.
