**Primary Purpose of Role**:
- Manage, coordinate and support the development and implementation of technology enabled (digital) learning strategies, systems and products across the SA Country Fire Service (CFS), including budgeting, resourcing, functional/technical requirements and third-party vendor relationships.
- Consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyse training needs and recommend blended learning and development strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
- Provide expert advice on instructional design strategies and methodologies that achieve identified learning outcomes and meet quality standards.
- Research and identify opportunities where SACFS can leverage emerging learning theory and technology to provide effective and efficient improvements in learning and development.
- Manage digital learning projects to ensure they meet the needs of learners, stakeholders, and are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Manage SACFS Learning Management System including vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Support, educate, coach and mentor training personnel in the development and integration of suitable digital learning content into CFS training as part of a blended learning approach and commit to ongoing professional development. Undertaking of an emergency support or incident management role, via a defined ‘operational’ on-call roster, with the potential to be re-called under emergency situations, to enable the provision of emergency service activities by CFS to the community. Whilst undertaking such operational roles, personnel will be required to work in emergency situations, which may include day, afternoon, night, or extended shifts.

A relevant tertiary qualification at diploma (AQF-5) or above.**Remuneration**: ASO6 $98,478
