The Opportunity This is a dynamic, frontline role ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and operational support. You’ll be the link between customers, technicians, and internal teams—keeping everything running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide fast, professional support for parts enquiries
- Supply Service Technicians with accurate and timely parts
- Assist with parts inventory, merchandising, and stock control
- Interpret machine alerts to anticipate parts and service needs
- Raise and manage Repair Orders and service documentation
- Process invoices, maintain records, and update customer details
- Support workshop operations, bookings, and consumables ordering
- Maintain a clean, organised, and customer-friendly environment

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in parts, service, or agricultural machinery (highly regarded)
- Strong customer service skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working across admin, customer service, and operational tasks
- Someone who is available to work Saturday mornings
