**Position Descriptor**: Oakbank School is located in the Adelaide Hills. 10 min from the Hahndorf freeway turnoff and 30 min from the CBD. Our 25 teaching staff and 20 SSOs provide quality educational opportunities to students from Reception to Year 12. We have been privileged to be selected as 1 of 3 schools in SA for the targeted uplift project, which comes with $16 million of funding to upgrade our infrastructure over the next few years.

Provide quality early years literacy instruction based on sound evidence-based phonics pedagogy. Provide high quality effective numeracy instruction resulting in growth for all students. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support student achievement and well-being. Create a positive and inclusive classroom setting drawing on PBL and Trauma informed practice.
