About Hillgrove Hillgrove Resources (ASX:HGO) is a growing Australian copper producer headquartered in South Australia. We operate a 33.6Mtpa processing plant at Kanmantoo and have developed an underground mine that is now in copper production. Our focus is on sustainable mining with strong environmental stewardship and deep regional knowledge. Program Overview The Graduate Program provides hands‑on experience across multiple disciplines within a small, dynamic mining operation. Participants work closely with experienced professionals, take on learning opportunities, and progress through a structured career development pathway. Eligibility & Requirements
- Final year student or graduate from a recognised university within the last 12 months
- Unlimited rights to work in Australia for the full duration of the program
- Availability to commence full‑time employment in early 2025
- Proactive and eager to learn through hands‑on experiences
