**Your Role
- Supporting & Encouraging Growth**: At Lutheran Services, we are looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to provide flexible, person-centered support to individuals living with disabilities. **As a Support Worker, you will**:

- Provide flexible, support tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, ensuring dignity and independence.
- Encourage community participation and social engagement for individuals.
- Support skill development and independence-building activities.
- Work collaboratively with case managers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client care and interactions.

**What You Bring**to** the Team**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Home Care.
- A strong passion for empowering individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Flexibility to work within a structured fortnightly schedule.
- A valid Queensland Driver’s Licence.
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card.
