**The Role**:

- Manage a portfolio of 105 local properties
- Console Cloud software
- Work alongside 1 other Junior Property Manager and experienced Business Development Manager
- Manage and oversee daily Property Management operations
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Completing Routine, Entry and Exit inspections and Reporting
- Managing Arrears
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
