What You’ll Do:

Advise and support leaders on HR, IR and ER matters including performance management, grievances and disciplinary actions

Prepare employee documentation such as show cause and other formal correspondence

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures

Deliver training and development initiatives aligned with employee and business needs

Champion MacKellar’s values, ensuring our culture is consistently reflected across all sites

Provide timely and accurate reporting and HR insights

Promote MacKellar as an employer of choice through best-practice HR support

What You’ll Bring:

HR qualifications highly regarded, or demonstrated experience in a similar advisory role

Experience in the mining or construction industries an advantage

Sound knowledge of current Australian workplace legislation

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

A cooperative, solutions-oriented mindset

Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
