Job Description Are you passionate about plants and love helping people bring their gardens to life? The role: As retail sales assistant, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers seeking advice on plants, gardening, and outdoor living. Your role will involve:
- Providing exceptional customer service and expert plant care advice
- Maintaining stock presentation, plant health and store cleanliness
- Assisting with deliveries, merchandising, and point-of-sale transactions
- Staying up to date on seasonal trends and gardening products Ideally you will have/be:
- A genuine passion for plants and gardening
- Previous retail or nursery experience
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
- Physical fitness for lifting and working outdoors
