Responsibilities of this role
- Lead by example coordinating the safe and cost-effective maintenance of all mobile equipment, including documentation and reporting.
- Ensure maintenance and repairs are executed within safety, time and cost requirements
- Accurately record the daily activities and maintenance tasks
- Proven ability to build and maintain solid working relationships and effective, high performing teams
- Focused on continuous improvement, with ability to lead teams to develop and implement solutions
- Promote and maintain a positive safety culture and record within the team.

Requirements for this role include
- Trade certificate in Diesel Fitting or equivalent as well as previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the mining industry
- Demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teams
- A current Queensland drivers licence
