Warehouse Team Member (Palmwoods)

Warehouse Team Member | Palmwoods / Sunshine Coast Fresh Meats is one of Queensland’s leading wholesale meat suppliers, servicing restaurants, hospitality venues, aged care, healthcare and retail customers across the state. With operations spanning the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, we pride ourselves on quality products, reliability and a hardworking team culture. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Team Member to join our growing operations team in Palmwoods. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who:

- can work in a chilled coldroom environment Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10/12 pm Full-time position available after probation. Key responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading products
- Maintaining warehouse organisation, cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Moving stock and pallets safely using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- Picking orders accurately and packing efficiently for dispatch
- Following all Food Safety, HACCP and WH&S; procedures
- Working closely with Operations, Logistics and Management teams
- Contributing to a positive team culture and continuous improvement About You The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred)
- Be physically fit and capable of manual handling work
- Have experience using pallet jacks and/or walk-behind forklifts
- Hold a forklift licence or be willing to undertake training
- Be dependable, proactive and solutions-focused
- Be comfortable working in cold room environments
- Have basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Adapt well to changing priorities and busy operational periods What We Offer
