EARN $100,000 pa + Super + Phone Allowance + Bonus Scheme | Site-Based Role Join a Reputable Electrical Contracting Business Delivering Quality Construction Projects About The Company Our client is an established electrical contracting business delivering construction projects with a solid focus on quality, safety, environmental standards and customer outcomes. About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and the Operational Manager to ensure contractual requirements are met across project delivery. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Review draft contracts and identify contractual or commercial risks
- Assist with programming, scheduling, materials and labour coordination
- Participate in sales-to-project handover meetings and support project setup
- Source suppliers and subcontractors based on price, quality, delivery and terms
- Prepare project and site folders in line with company management system requirements About You The successful candidate will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of AS4000, 4901, 4902 and 4906 contracts
- Formal qualifications in Building and Construction or Engineering
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role within electrical contracting
- Basic project management experience across various sized projects
- Confidence using systems and software such as simPRO, Word, Excel and Outlook What's in it for You?
