Summary St John’s College is seeking an experienced school administration qualified to manage parent reception and support a range of administrative functions for the remainder of the 2026 school year. - Serve as the first point of contact for parent enquiries at the college reception.
- Support the coordination of student medical action plans.
- Assist the Business Manager in overseeing the college’s safety plans and initiatives.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multifaceted administration team to support the smooth operation of the college.
- Undertake general administrative duties as directed by the college leadership team.
- Provide first‑aid support when required. About You
- Provided a wide variety of administrative and operational support.
- Coordinated tasks to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Advised on administrative tasks and processes, driving process improvements.
- Understood compliance within a school and delivered on relevant legislation, policy and procedures.
- Led and supported administrative staff, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective training for optimal performance.
- Current first‑aid qualification is advantageous, or willingness to undertake training to provide first‑aid to students.
