Due to continued growth, we have a recent opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer / Coordinator to be based in our head office.

Key Responsibilities

Produce high quality skilled written content that supports the business

Ensure bid responses reflect the brand, market position, and capabilities

Develop a bid writing plan and coordinate inputs with internal stakeholders

Work collaboratively with others across all areas of the business

Maintain source libraries, including content, CVs, project information

Conduct market research and analyse trends to develop strategies for winning bids and staying competitive

Provide substantive and final editing within tight timeframes

Create and facilitate proposal kick off meetings
