Overview New Home Sales Qualified Multiple Locations – South East Queensland Are you a Current Home Sales Consultant with established networks and looking for your next opportunity across new display locations? We are working with a well-established residential builder expanding their footprint across South East Queensland, with multiple new display sites coming online. As a result, we are looking to speak with experienced New Home Sales Professionals across a number of key growth corridors. The role:
- Selling house and land packages and new homes from display centres
- Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to contract
- Working with builder channels, agents and referral partners
- Converting qualified leads and walk-in traffic
- Maintaining strong relationships with land agents and developers
- Achieving sales targets in a competitive market
- 5-day working week including Saturday and Sunday (with two days off during the week) What you will need:
- Experience in new home / project home sales with an Australian residential builder
- Strong understanding of the residential building process
- Existing networks within land, agents or developer channels (preferred)
- Ability to work display home hours including weekends
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to sell on value, not just price
