**Weeks worked**:Up to 52 weeks per year including school holidays

We are seeking a professional forward thinking person to join our administration team. This position will assists the School Leadership Team with financial and administrative functions to support the operations of the school. The School Finance Secretary is responsible for providing strategic advice and managing administration, financial matters and daily operations across the school. A high level of communication and interpersonal skills are required. You will work closely with Support Accountants, School Leadership Administration Team, Staff, Parents and Suppliers.

- Management of school financials
- Billing and collection of school fees
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Cashier and banking duties
- Data entry
- Report preparation
- General administration functions
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:
- General administration functions
- Initiative and attention to detail
- Effective communication dealing with various stakeholders
- Highly organised
- Sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion
- experience advantageous but not essential in BCE finance systems
- Microsoft
Dynamics D365/ Buying Platform and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
