Transport Manager (Nambour)

**About the role**

We have an exciting chance that has become available to join our team as a Transport Manager, managing a team of Tow Trucks Operators.

This role will include accountability for a wide range of tasks including:

- Manage a team of Tow Truck Operators
- Maintain Rostering
- Facilitate recruitment of Tow Truck Operators
- Complaint/incident handling and resolution to implement corrective and preventative actions
- Monitor and provide effective communication with staff
- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with Key Clients

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

- Experience in a Leadership role within the Transport Industry
- Ability to recognise and implement priority of work tasks to a high standard of work productivity
- High level of motivation to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills and Transport Management system experience
