You'll leverage your turf care expertise to drive brand awareness, develop recent business, and nurture the long-term client relationships Fernland is known for. Reporting to the Turf Sales Manager, you'll work as part of a successful sales team, sharing your knowledge to:
- Identify and convert new client opportunities across the turf care industry
- Deliver tailored product solutions that keep existing clients coming back
- Source and apply market intelligence to sharpen our competitive edge
- Represent Fernland with professionalism and genuine industry authority
- You’re a self-starter who takes ownership of your own work agenda — but you'll also value the support and direction of an experienced senior sales team behind you. What You’ll Bring:
- You may currently be working in turf care sales, or you could be a Superintendent or 2IC ready to take the next step in your career. Either way, you bring:
- Deep turf care industry knowledge — you understand the products, the pressures, and the people
- A proven ability to build relationships — with new prospects and long-standing clients alike
- Strong communication skills — professional, confident, and customer-centred
- Excellent time management — you're organised, self-motivated, and reliable in the field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and Outlook are everyday tools for you
