We're on the hunt for an energetic, passionate and experienced Studio Managerto join F45 Bli Bli.

A Studio Manager/Captain role is most fulfilling when you're out there, building connections and changing lives while growing a studio.

With your exceptional people skills, and having a deep understanding of sales & marketing, and the importance of operational excellence, you'll be the driving force to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Have a solid focus on sales, membership growth and retention

Confidently lead and instruct high-energy F45 group training sessions

Motivate, coach, and inspire our members, whilst ensuring proper form and technique

Must Halves:

Experience delivering high quality, results-focused group fitness classes

Experience with lead generation, sales conversions, onboarding, and retention

Be promotionally minded, and experienced, in producing and planning social media content

Ability to help foster a positive, motivational and community-based team training setting

Exceptional customer service, communication, organisational, and written skills

Highly energetic and can build great rapport

Creativity and the desire to have fun at work

Minimum Cert 3 in Fitness, and current First Aid & CPR Certified

2+ year’s experience in the Health & Fitness industry
