- Genuine opportunities to progress into Operations and Venue Manager roles About the role Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll be part of the leadership team responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the hotel. What you’ll do
- Run shifts across bar, bistro and gaming operations
- Lead, coach and support your team during service
- Maintain service flow, standards and guest experience during high‑volume trade
- Manage cash handling, reporting and daily reconciliation
- Support stock control, labour management and compliance requirements
- Work with the leadership team to lift performance and strengthen team culture What we’re looking for
- Leadership experience in a busy pub or high‑volume venue
- Hands‑on operator confident running shifts from the floor
- Strong understanding of multi‑department operations (bar, bistro, functions & gaming)
- Ability to coach, develop and lift team performance
- Calm, organised and consistent under pressure
- RSA / RSG required; RMLV and Approved Manager licence preferred (or willingness to obtain) About Flagstone Tavern Flagstone Tavern is a busy, community‑focused pub in one of South East Queensland’s fastest‑growing areas.
