We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our packaging team reporting to the Operations Manager
- Processing.

**About the Role**

As a Production Supervisor at McCormick, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality are maintained.

**Please note: This position requires the Supervisor to work on a rotating shift roster.**

Key responsibilities include: **Team Leadership**: Motivate and lead a team of production operators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Process Optimization**: Implement best practices to enhance production efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.

**Quality Assurance**: Enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed McCormick's rigorous quality standards.

**Safety Compliance**: Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular training, and promoting a safe work setting.

**Continuous Improvement**: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for cost savings, enhanced productivity, and process optimization.

**Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication channels with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and coordination across departments.

**About You**
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in TPM systems.
- Ability to complete and coach RCA activities.
