- Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred clinical care
- Lead, coach and empower RNs, ENs & PCAs
- Maintain clinical governance and accreditation standards
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families & clinicians
- Partner with the GM to drive clinical and operational excellence What You’ll Bring
- Current AHPRA RN registration (3+ years)
- Robust clinical leadership experience in aged care/healthcare
- Knowledge of aged care standards, AN‑ACC & governance
- Passion for mentoring and building robust teams
- Confident communicator with resilience & a proactive mindset
