- Receipting accounts receivable
- Ensuring payment accuracy within the system
- Verifying client details against terms and conditions
- Supporting the business on all Accounts Receivable matters and queries
- Payment allocation
- End‑of‑month reporting
- Assisting the finance department with ad hoc duties to enhance your career development
- Data entry About You
- Accounting/Business Degree or Accounts experience
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust multitasking and problem‑solving abilities
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- You have high attention to detail and are dedicated to completing tasks
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
