About the Role As our Head Veterinary Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical team, driving standards, and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace. You’ll lead by example in all aspects of nursing while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting our nursing team
- Maintaining high clinical standards across all areas
- Supporting vets in surgery, treatments, and patient care
- Client communication, education, and exceptional customer service
- Ensuring hospital cleanliness, organisation, and protocol compliance
- Assisting with training, onboarding, and professional development About You We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years vet nurse experience
- Strong leadership or mentoring experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, calm, and supportive approach
